Sterling Europa 550 Caravan 2009 - like new - hardly used !

Sterling Europa 550. Like new. £10,995 ovno 2nd owner & we have had it since Feb 2011. Many extras. We have used it 5 times in 18 months & the 1st owner used it twice as his wife didnt take to caravanning. To be honest we dont use it enough to warrant keeping it. It comes with many extras which is everything you need for your trips. There is nothing else to buy. You are ready to go. Extras include, Power touch mover, Alko secure wheel lock, hitch lock, 2 awnings (one full size & is a pyramid awning & the second is a porch awning that we havent even used), 2x water bottles, waste bottle, battery, ground sheet, pegs, hurricane straps, mirrors for the car, gas bottle, caravan cover (couple of small tears that will repair easily) 240v mains cable & waste pipes.75amp hr leisure battery. Internally there is a cooker (hardly used) hob, microwave, shower (used twice by us), toilet, mp3 radio, tv aerial, fixed bed, fridge, fire, wardrobe & pull down shelf to attach a TV ( no TV included) See pictures for the full spec. Tyres are like new (cravan has probably done 1000 miles with us) Bad bits. We have never serviced it but I will guarantee everything works. The radio aerial has been snapped by someone but still picks up a signal - easy fix) & there is a small dent where people leave a key in the door & it swings back but other than that it is like new. Registed with CRIS And we have the full documentation for everything.
