Fleetwood Colchester 560-4EK 2004 Caravan ready for touring many extras .

Fleetwood Colchester 560/4 EK 2004, used only once since we purchased it in July 2011 The internal fixtures and fittings are in very good condition. Fleetwood Colchester 560-4 EK caravan it is a 2004 model with the unusual layout with the kitchen at the back of the caravan which we have found very useful, and has a wooden sliding door to close it off when not in use. The kitchen is complete with a 4 ring hob with double oven and grill. There is also a 3 way fridge which runs off gas/12v/240volts with a freezer section. The sink is cream in colour with chrome mixer tap and glass cover, there are no splits or cracks. Lots of storage cupboard and drawers around the kitchen to store away all those item necessary to help to have a great holiday. The living room is L shaped with a round central table also having lots of storage space above the seating area, this seating area is also a double bed which folds out easily. There is also a separate seating area which converts into a bunk bed ideal for children with step ladder (we have never used this bunk). The caravan benefits from warm air heating and a fire. It has a separate cassette toilet with hand wash basin and a separate shower cubicle all of which are in good working order with no cracks or leaks. The exterior of the caravan is in good condition with a few marks from awing poles as would be expected for its age, all windows are in very good condition with all fly and sun screens in working order. There is a really small crack to the front cowling caused by previous owner, this is only cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the caravan. Also included in the sale is a full length Awning, with separate inner bedroom tent (this inner tent was bought by us and has been used only once). A motor-mover has been fitted, and makes pitching the caravan a breeze!
