LOVELY STATIC CARAVAN NEAR SKEGNESS..2 BEDROOMS..SITED.. +

My lovely static caravan,in chapel st lenoards, 3 miles out of skegness...this is a village seaside ,and the site is 2 mins walk to the beach..a lovely site..golden anchor..on trunch lane...genuine reason for quick sale..site fees paid until march 2012....the fees include free electric..the yearly fee with rates is just under £2300...this can be paid from october or fully in march...the site is open from 10th march til end october...a nice quite site even in the holidays..the site benifits from being just off the main road, although this is a village main road..has amusements, resturants,pubs and club tropicana just up the road..a village with a lovely seaside amtmosphere..friendly and a great site...the static is 2 bedrooms with shower in the bathroom..the front room area , can be also used for sleeping on the long sofas or thedining area , the seats flip over to make a double bed..the bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobe..the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe..there is no age limit of vans on the site as long as kept nicely...they site is allowed dogs...and has a lovely area at the back by a small stream for walkies!! and of course the dog friendly beach is 2 mins away..you can hear the waves...the van has a full wooden veranda balcony..the static is fully equipped with everything..cooker, fridge,pots pans,plates, cutlery, kettle , silver microwave, heated rads,no tv..everything included...a really regretfull quick sale...it is a lovely area and a lovely site..it is approx 3 miles from butlins, 1 mile from fantasy land, and 5 miles from centre of skegness...regular buses...the van has a fitted kitchen..is lovely and clean and comfortable and a happy place to be..there are many things to do and many places to visit..some wonderful beaches and the local beach is awrd winning...i think i have covered everything, please feel free to ring for questions..the price includeds the change over fee of a thousand pounds...and site fees paid until march 2013...there is alnost 2 months left of the open season of this year..i will be very sad to sell the van but i have to for a genuine reason...i can email lots of photos and of course you are welcome to view..tel cherie on 07934387797....
