Avondale Pennine 5 Berth Caravan - needs some attention. !

Avondale Pennine 5 Berth Caravan with full awning. We have used this caravan for the last 7 years on many great family holidays, We have now purchased a Transporter and converting it into a camper so no longer need the caravan. There is a double/ kingsize bed to front and double bed to back with sliding doors, There is a bunk above the double end which needs some attention. Things that work:- There is a 3 way fridge/freezer, 3 gas burners and grill, Carver hot running water to the kitchen sink, Cassette toilet, Electrics, 2 dining tables, Both the beds are in perfect working order. There is a full awning no rips or tears, Breathable ground sheet only used a few times, Electric hook up, Water Butt and pump, waste container, Electric heater, Microwave which I use in a cupboard under the hob, Boxed large Halogen oven only used a few times, Toaster,Kettle, plates,cups utensils. Things that need attention:- Paint work on the front of the outs side is flaking off. Front side light to be renewed, Damp to the front windows shown in pictures, One of the legs will not wind down properly , New Jockey wheel, Toilet sink cracked, few marks on the carpets, some of the over head cupboard door hinges need repairing.
