4 birth campervan for sale ?

4 birth campervan converted by myself and used throughout the summer this is a ford transit 230 twin axle rigid body disable van and still has the lift to the underside of rear doors gross body weight is 3995 kg gross engine is 2.5 ltr banana engine as you can see it is white and overall in good condition body is alloy so no rusting it has an electric front door which is operated via buttons on inside and i have installed a key operation outside to enter the van ok so now the inside it has been converted into a 4 birth camper and is set out as such? rear of van has the seating area this converts to the double bed then the middle section is where the kitchen area is with the toilet and wardrobe on oppposite side behind the the drivers seat are the passenger seats there are 4 seats all with seatbelts these make one of the single beds the other single bed goes over the drivers seat there is a curtain that devides the 2 areas up for privacy so back to the kitchen this has a gas oven & grill 3 point gas hob fridge sink & drainer cutlery draw and an added storage cupboard which houses the gas bottle and 2 top locker space for plates and so bathroom has storage cabinet & fold away sink the toilet is an electric flush thetford toilet with outside access next to the toilet is the wardrobe,this has ample hanging space for 4 for a week under the wardrobe is where the fresh water is stored via 2 x 25ltr tubs this feeds the hot / cold water in kitchen and bathroom in the seating area there are 4 more top locker space again this was ample for 4 people under the seating there is the water heater 12 v battery charger and power supply to the van via the zig unit power is supplied to van either via 12v or 240v hook up under the other seat is storage the van is lit via 3 lights from 12v /240v power supply then there are 6 original van lights which are powred by the van batteries the whole interior was taken from a donor caravan and just put into the van the van is fully insulated and lined with manufacturers grey carpet it has a extractor fan night heater passenger seat windows have been tinted as have the 2 small windows over the kitchen the floor has vinyl flooring which has 2 rugs the tv is a digital tv and will remain with the van along with many of the accesseries i have tried to give as much info as i can should you require anymore info pls ask the camper is approx 20 fl long & 7 ft wide the camper is mot until june 2013 and taxed until end of dec 2012 viewing welcome
