Caravan comes with 2 awnings a small porch awning and a full size awning, it has gas cooker, hob and grill, hot and cold water, 12v and 240v lighting and fridge, gas heating, toilet, tidy and clean inside and out. The electric hook up is fully working so too is the battery. Has a damp patch that could do with painting over but the actual leak was from the skylight and has been repaired and sealed.
