Elddis Vogue 5 Berth Twin Axle Caravan Excellent Condition + Extras Awning .

Sadly I have to sell my lovely caravan due to work commitments. We purchased it a year ago and have used it quite often on a seasonal pitch last year. The caravan is a large 5 berth, twin axle Elddis Vogue 517 and it has an excellent, spacious layout. It comes complete with 2 awnings, one of which is a porch awning, brand new and still in packaging the second is a full awning, in good condition and comes with curtains and poles. They both come with groundsheets and skirting + wheel covers. THE LAYOUT IS AS FOLLOWS. At the rear of the caravan, there is a dinette, but sadly no table as it got stolen when I was cleaning out the caravan last year. This can be made into a large double bed with a bunk bed above. This part of the caravan can be used like a bedroom as it has a full size bi-fold door to separate it from the rest of the caravan. There is plenty of storage both above and below the bed, plus a 240v socket, 12v socket and an aerial socket. There is also floor lighting and speakers connected to a CD/Radio. At the front, there are 2 long seats with storage beneath. The seats pull out to make a very large double bed or 2 comfortable single beds. There are draws in the centre and the top folds out to make a table. There is floor lighting, a 240v socket, 12v socket, aerial socket. Above the seating area there is plenty of storage and spot lights, perfect for reading when the little ones are asleep. There is also a free standing table and a clock. There is a large centre kitchen, this has a gas oven with hob and a grill which is immaculate as we never used it. Full sink with draining board and h/c tap (the hot tap does not work but this could be an easy fix), plus a large 3way fridge with freezer box which can run off electric, battery or gas. There is plenty of storage, above and below. There is a skylight with a fly screen above. Opposite the kitchen there is a large wardrobe with built in shelves to one side and access to the aerial booster. Below there is a cupboard and a Carver gas and electric heater. There is a centre wash room, this has a fitted Thetford cassette toilet, full shower, wash basin with hot and cold tap which converts to a shower head (both hot and cold work in the bathroom) and there is storage above the toilet and a bathroom cabinet and mirror above the sink. There is a frosted window in the wall and a skylight with a fly screen above. The caravan has full Carver gas and electric blow air central heating throughout including the bathroom which you can control the temperature and speed. There is also air conditioning for them red hot English summers. Hot and cold water which will work off either gas or electric. The windows are all tinted and double glazed; they all have blackout roller blinds with fly screens and curtains. 2 of the windows have very small cracks, hardly noticeable but I thought I must mention it. This does not affect the seal and does not allow in any water, wind or damp. There is laminate flooring throughout which makes it a lot easier to clean when you have children. This caravan is free of any damp or leaks, the floor and the walls are all still solid, not spongy as a tell-tale sign of damp. This caravan is very spacious and is very warm. The caravan comes with just about all you need for caravanning. Outside there is a door light and at the front there is a large boot compartment.
