1997 Avondale Grampian 4 Berth End Shower Room + Many Extras *

1997 Avondale Grampian 4 berth end shower room. No damp, leaks or spongy floor..., very solid van. Comes with the following extras: 2 gas bottles(yellow and blue), leisure battery, free standing table, main leads, leg winder, steps, aqua roll with rolling handle, spare wheel and jack, alko stabiliser, water pump, CD Blaupunkt and speakers, TV aerial, every single window has fly screens and blinds. Oven and grill looks like never been used. Bad points are: Rear light needs replacing(£15 on ebay) also reflecting triangle(£2). Some bumps and scratches as you can see in the picture, only one key, electric trailer plug some times playing up( could be bad ground) easy fix. Basicaly nothing major and all could be fixed for a few quid. This caravan is CRIS registered and all documents, manuals will be presented. I have been as honest as possible.
