Toyota Hiace Campervan, ready to go, like T4 .

For sale is our 1997 Toyota Hiace Powervan 2.4D Campervan. MOT till November 2012. Tax till November 2012. Ready to go! We recently drove the van around Europe and lived in it for a couple of months comfortably. We drove through France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Holland and Belgium. When we got back to England we took the van to be looked over by our mechanic as we were planning on heading to Spain so wanted to be sure. He changed the brake pads and said the rest of the van was all in good working order and said he could see no reason why we could not continue driving the van around Europe. However, our plans have changed and we’re heading to Australia instead so need to sell the van now. The van has never let us down, always starts first time... even in the extreme cold temperatures in the Alps. The engine has dual starter batteries to ensure it always starts. When we bought the van it had only had two previous owners and had been well looked after. It does have the odd dint here and there as can be expected for a van of its age but is generally very tidy with no serious rust. The camper briefly has: 110Amp Glass Matt Leisure Battery Central Locking Intelligent Split charger from starter battery to leisure battery, it switches automatically so there’s never any danger of draining the starter battery! 100w Monocrystalline solar panel mounted to roof and connected to charge battery via regulator which also indicates how much charge is in the battery. The solar panel charges the battery even on grey days in winter and on some sunny days the battery was fully charged before 10am and even on stormy days we could sit in the camper watching films all day and drinking tea without the battery running out. 2 x additional Female 12v sockets off leisure battery 600w inverter from leisure battery 5m LED lights with switch and dimmer, which hardly use any power at all but if turned up full can be incredibly bright. 17” TV DVD combo with a bracket to mount on wall, 12v lead and 240 lead and stand Tri iso super 10 insulation lined walls and ceiling (provides the same insulation as a 210mm thickness of the nearest conventional mineral wool insulation. It doesn’t have any irritating fibres that could cause rashes, allergies or skin reactions on your body. Multifoil Insulation is also tear resistant, rot proof and does not weaken over time) 12v electric cooler Porta potty chemical toilet (we will throw in the blue and pink we have left, only been used a handful of times but cleaned thoroughly) 2 burner stove with a third radian burner underneath the cooktop for toasting bread, bacon, etc... Large Calor gas bottle with propane (it’s about half full and the gas bottle itself is worth about £25- we bought it before we went and used it for cooking almost every day and it’s still got plenty of gas left) We have nine speakers – 2 x Toyota 4 inch full range speakers, 2 x Kenwood 6 x 9 speakers, 2 x Fusion tweeters, 2 x Juice 5 inch speakers, 1 x 1000watt FLI Subwoofer. 1 x Sony Amplifier. 1 x Bluetooth, SD Card and USB Head-unit. Opening side window and vent Hardwood floor and welcome mat on step We will also include our metal camping kettle, mugs, cutlery, plates, mess tins etc. Basically it’s ready to go, perfect for festivals, really cosy and comfortable, much better than being in a tent in the rain!! We have a full length fixed double bed meaning you have loads of storage space underneath and can stretch out in bed. We’re not exactly small and my boyfriend is 6’ tall but we always slept really comfortably. The mattress is a thick futon mattress stuffed with memory foam chips. To turn the bed into a sofa we have a hinged panel which props up but you don’t lose any storage space under the bed unlike with the rock and roll beds. We have several cupboards and
