The caravan is in good condition, is clean, dry, free from damp and ready to go. The main features of the caravan are as follows: * 1998 model, Sterling Europa 520NT 4 berth * Enduro electric remote control motor mover fitted (cost over £700) * Includes full awning * Nice Clean and Dry Condition. * Front seating area converts into large double bed. * Mid section fold away bunk beds. * End Bathroom - including Seperate Shower cubicle, cassette toilet, wash basin unit, fitted wardrobe and drawers. * 12volt and 240volt electrics. * Blown air heating system. * Dining area includes 3 way Fridge/freezer, 4 burner hob, grill and full oven. * Dual Fuel (gas or electric) water heater. * Hot and cold fully pumped water systems. * Heavy duty electric hookup cable. * Gas bottle including gas. * Double step. Please Note: The original Carver gas fire does not work. It did not work when I bought the caravan but I have never bothered to get it repaired as the blown air heating system is a far better way of heating the caravan. To the best of my knowledge, everything else is in good working order.
