Avondale perle caravan 4 berth *

for sale Avondale perle caravan 4 berth 1990-1991 approx lovely little caravan ideal for first timers or famileys on a budget. The caravan does have some cosmetic damage but thats normal for a caravan of that year ! When we got the caravan it did have a small leak which we fixed and then we painted throughout and fitted a new carpet ... we have never used the fire but it does work . the fridge works fully and is clean .... the cooker is fantastic . there is a sink in the bathroom area and a sink in the kitchen area .... The van is fitted with hot and cold water heated by gas . included with this van is a 20ltr clean water butt a waste carrier some pots and pans and also has a porch awning which was with th van when we got it but we have never used it . it is fitted with a brand new battery ... there is a spare wheel with a new tyre fitted on it ... there is also an ariel that mounts on the side of the van and runs through an amplifier please note there is no electric hook up lead .
