abi maurauder 4 berth caravan comes with full awning,caravan is 100per cent watertight no leaks nothing,this caravan has a kingsize bed at the back,doublebed at the front,gascooker fire,fridge,also has 12volt baterry for lnterior lights,240volt electrics,no portapotti or electric hookup cable but these can be purchased very cheaply,caravan has broken taillight and window at the n/s/f see pics as it was broken into by kids very recent,would advise buyer to bring a tailboard just to be safe as i know some of the bulbs need changing other than that they do work fine,ive tried to be open and honest to everyone about what your buying this caravan is twenty years old but does have alot more life left in her yet,and like i said shes water tight,also there is a set of curtains to go with the caravan that are washed and ready to hang,interior walls from pics you can see there is a few scratch patches this was due to caravan not being aired out and wen i came to clean it all it started scraping off but like a says theres no dampness,priced ono but i am open to a resonable offer as the awning itself is worth a hundred quid,buyer will have to collect as ive sold my van and have no towbar,also meant to mention that the lock on the door is dodgey but does stilll lock and open with any key call or text andy on 07538840552 having problems uploading pics but can send on request
