outwell montana 4 room 12 man tent(top of the range) with alot of extras ?

hi its a outwell montana 4 room tent to accommodate 12 people. its a top of the range and in a great condition as its only been used just once.it comes with foot print ground sheet, electric hookup cable, 2 double and 2 single air beds, inside outwell carpet. it was bought for 1200 but as not being used so wanna sell it off, real bargain. no marks or anything on it , just like brand new. more than welcome to view it but please ring first to arrange timing
