Lunar Delta 500.5 Twin Axle Caravan (1989). 2nd bedroom with sliding door. ?

An ideal starter caravan for a family. 5+ berth - main seating area converts to large double bed. Separate dining area to rear converts to double bed with single bunk over. Sliding door separates this area from the rest of the caravan for privacy. Bathroom with toilet, shower, pull-down wash basin with cupboards over. Bathroom also has a brand new skylight to replace previous cracked one. Kitchen with oven, grill, fridge and sink. Blown air central heating with additional electric heater (neither tested this year). This is a nice caravan in good condition for its year. However, it is an unfinished project as there are a few (mainly cosmetic) things that need attending to (e.g. couple of pieces of internal trim missing, door latches loose - that kind of thing). These are all things that are easliy mended if you have a bit of time to spare. They are not urgent and the caravan can be used perfectly well as it is. We wanted to sort all the little bits out, but sadly change of work has meant that we now do not have the time. To the best of our knowledge all fixtures and fittings work fine, although we have not used the caravan this year. We have tested most again this year and have found no problems with the water or electrics and the cooker works well. There was an area of damp at the rear of the caravan. However, this has now been mended, although there are still water marks to the wooden cupboards under the seating area in the dining room. The cushions were not affected and you would not know there was a problem when they are in place. Bearing in mind the wet weather we have had, there has been no more damp/ leaking at all.
