Dethleffs I 532 motorhome - Integrated or A Class, LHD +

This type of motorhome is known as Integrated by some and A-Class to others. It is based on a Fiat chassis with a 2.5 litre turbo diesel engine, 5 speed manual gearbox, power steering and servo assisted brakes. It is a 1993 model, 5.6m long, sleeps five and for its age is in very good condition. I have had it for four years and it has served me extremely well. It has an MOT that expires in May, 2013 and has covered 84000 miles. Being a left hand drive version it is particularly well suited for touring outside the British Isles. The accommodation is especially roomy and bright. In addition to what you would expect (kitchen, toilet and shower, heating, swivel seats, etc.) it comes with insulated windscreen panels and has a large awning, a roof rack and ladder plus extra strong tow hook - there is also a bike carrier for three cycles. Please note that the roof box that appears in the photo is not included in the sale. Everything works, including in particular the battery management system which in many used vehicles is either out of order or has been removed completely. There is the occasional quirk, but that is to be expected. These vehicles are rarely if ever found in Britain but on the Continent they are being offered at €8000 upwards, depending on features, condition, etc. This one has the more powerful 70kW engine.
