snack van for sale ( burger van) .

Hi I am selling my converted snack van, it comes with the pitch which has all its permits etc, well established for 10 years. The van is run on lpg inc the griddle, bain marie etc. I dont run a generator as the lights run off the battery, and i find it fine, i just re- charge the battery when i need to. The van is kitted out ready to start your business and is in use at the moment. It is situated in Livingston and has been there for 10 years so well established, i only have a small sign at the end of the road which can be uprated to a larger one if you want more advertising. There is plenty of parking for customers, and there is parking for the van at night just 200 yards away so no need to tow home at nights. The price is negotiable for a decent offer, thanks.
