We are selling our much loved caravan to make way for our newer van. Abi Arizona 2002 3 bedroom Static Caravan Un-sited 10 x 35 ft - Home building/renovation We bought this caravan back in October as we’d sold our house but hadn’t found one to purchase yet, and being 8 months pregnant at the time, we needed to know we had somewhere to live, so we sited it at my parent’s house rather than short term renting a property. Fortunately we found a house and moved in very quickly, so we only stayed in the caravan for 3 weeks. Since then, it’s been heated but not used. It’s in great condition and was nice and cosy when we were staying in it in October/early November. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, there’s also a fold out bed in the living area so you could sleep 8. We got a full gas service done, so this is still valid for another 6 months, and the upholstery and carpets were all professionally cleaned as we thought we might be living here with a new baby. We also purchased two sets of caravan steps with it and a gas bottle and TV aerial, these will all be included with the caravan. Can also recommend a caravan mover who delivered the static to my parent’s house. £3999 - Looking for a quick sale, as such it’s advertised for much less that we purchased it for in October. Twin axle touring caravan. Full electrics. Tows well. 5 berth, seating converts to double at front, single to side and bunks to rear., sliding door at rear for extra privacy. Seperate bathroom with shower and sink. Re-carpeted, seats re-covered. No visible signs of damp, no smells. Please note: This is a 25 year old van and needs tlc, anyone good at DIY will enjoy this van, although functional without. TLC needed: Skylight at front needs re-varnish, two smaller, push up skylights leak in heavy rain but still fully functional as skylights. A couple of panels will need replacing at some point, at front and near side window where window blew open whilst travelling, the husband has done a great fix it job. The odd bug caught in the windows, normal for van of this age (had fun trying to blow them out!) The external appearance is what would be expected of a van this age, superficial crack at front, that does not affect van in anyway. The water pump system is not working at the moment, not sure if its air in pipes or something else, taps do need replacing, new taps fitted in bathroom. new boiler installed a couple of years ago, so hot water available when system functioning. For Sale - Avondale Golden Mayfair Caravan 510/5. Five Berth, Ivory in colour Year 2003. LOUNGE The lounge has long parallel seating which can be used as single beds or converted into a king size bed. There is a centre drawer unit with extended top which can be used as a small table and cupboard. There is a large dining table that can be used within the seating area (this is stored in the wardrobe). There is a separate seating area to the rear of the caravan, this seating area has a smaller table and converts to a double bed (this could be left as a bed if the caravan is only being used by a couple) with folding bunk bed above (the ladder is stored to the rear of the wardrobe when not in use, we have never used the bunk bed or ladder). To the front of the caravan is a long narrow shelf. KITCHEN With full size Country Leisure Cooker with oven, separate grill, 4 burner gas hob, glass lid and pan store, domestic 3 way fridge which runs on gas, 240v Mains, and 12v when travelling it has a freezer compartment, all In perfect working order. There is a green enamel sink with chrome mixer tap over and drainer with plenty of worktop space and drawer and cupboard below. There is a window above the sink and an extractor fan and smoke alarm. Opposite the kitchen is the shower room. SHOWER ROOM Centre shower room with chrome shower, shower hanging rail with curtain, Thetford swivel cassette toilet, wash hand basin with vanity unit, further storage to the right of the vanity unit and mirrored cupboard above the basin, opaque window with blind, towel rail and toilet roll holder. There is a good size double wardrobe with shelving and hanging rail, there are plenty of overhead storage cupboards throughout the caravan including a drinks cabinet. There is storage under all of the seating areas. The sun roof is large and slides right back over the roof of the caravan; this also has a fly screen and blind. The caravan is fully carpeted, has fly screens, blinds and curtains to every window (except kitchen and bathroom don’t have curtains), there is a full fly screen to the door (the door is a split door which means you can have the top half open, bottom half open or both, the door has a blind). There is blown air heating throughout as well as a Truma Heater which runs on gas or electric. The windows are double glazed, the seats are in excellent condition, and inside one of the overhead cupboards is a Blaupunkt CD player with a removable front, TV aerial. There is an outside light, electric socket, BBQ point, gas bottle cupboard, front locker. The spare wheel is stored inside the caravan under the floor which can be accessed by a door in the floor. There is an Alko Stabiliser fitted to the caravan which makes it extremely stable when towing. The Caravan Is 16.75 Feet Long.
